Introduction

For an investor building an engineered quartz plant, the key question is not simply when the equipment will arrive. The real question is whether the installed line can be commissioned safely, operated by the customer's team, and accepted against clearly defined production requirements.

The Four Project Phases

Phase 2: Documentation and Site Preparation

The customer receives the agreed technical documents and prepares foundations, utilities, access, lifting arrangements, and installation conditions.

Phase 3: Installation, Commissioning, and Training

The line is installed and commissioned according to the project plan. Operators and maintenance personnel receive practical instruction within the agreed training scope.

Phase 4: Trial Production and Acceptance

The integrated line is tested, trial slabs are produced, and the project is evaluated against the agreed mechanical, operational, and product-quality criteria.

Six Delivery Standards

Standard 1: Pre-Delivery Factory Inspection

Before shipment, the customer may inspect the production line at Zhuodi's manufacturing facility. The inspection can cover equipment models and quantities, contract specifications, key component information, manufacturing quality, assembly status, and commissioning progress.

Any issues identified during the inspection should be recorded, assigned, corrected, and verified before the equipment enters the shipping process.

Standard 2: Equipment Integrity and Shipping Control

Each shipment should be supported by an equipment and packing list that identifies the machines, major assemblies, serial information, accessories, and agreed spare parts. Identification records and QR codes may be used where included in the project scope.

The objective is to reduce missing-item disputes and give both parties a consistent reference for receiving and installation.

Standard 3: Compliance and Quality Documentation

The documentation package should include the quality, conformity, and test records specified in the contract. Requirements vary by equipment type and destination market, so references to CE marking, declarations of conformity, or management-system certification must match valid, applicable documents.

This standard avoids treating a management-system certificate as a product-performance certificate and helps customers identify which documents apply to each machine or system.

Standard 4: Complete Technical File Package

The agreed technical file may include the production-line layout, foundation and utility requirements, electrical schematics, wiring information, operating procedures, maintenance schedules, troubleshooting guidance, and wear-parts information.

Providing these documents before installation gives the customer time to prepare the site, train relevant personnel, and plan future maintenance.

Standard 5: Installation-Readiness Verification

Before the equipment is installed, Zhuodi and the customer review whether the site is ready. Typical checks include foundation condition, anchor locations, access routes, lifting capacity, electrical supply, compressed air, cooling water, drainage, lighting, and safety provisions.

The required values are determined by the final equipment configuration and engineering drawings. They should not be presented as universal specifications for every production line.

Standard 6: Integrated Testing and Production Acceptance

After installation, the production line undergoes agreed mechanical, electrical, safety, and integrated operating checks. Monitoring may include current, temperature, vibration, noise, alarms, interlocks, and line coordination, depending on the equipment and test plan.

Trial production then evaluates whether the line and process can produce the agreed slab types. Relevant indicators may include dimensional accuracy, appearance, flexural strength, water absorption, apparent density, surface hardness, and stain resistance. Test methods, sampling, target values, raw materials, and operating conditions must be agreed for the specific project.

Training and Post-Startup Support

Project delivery should also prepare the customer's team for daily operation. Training can include equipment operation, approved parameter adjustment, routine inspection, preventive maintenance, basic troubleshooting, production procedures, and quality-control records.

After startup, Zhuodi provides technical assistance within the service scope defined in the project agreement. This may include troubleshooting support, maintenance guidance, spare-parts assistance, and process discussions. Clear contractual responsibilities protect both the customer and the supplier better than open-ended promises.
